Martha Sauter, MD

Dr. Sauter grew up in Moscow, PA. She majored in Biology at the University of Scranton, graduating Cum Laude, and went on to receive her Medical Degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA.  She completed her pediatric residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.  In 1995, she returned to NEPA with her husband where they raised their four children.

She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Sauter has 25+ years of experience practicing community-based pediatric medicine for Physician Health Alliance and, in the most recent year, at Geisinger Pediatrics in Scranton. She was also an affiliate professor of pediatrics at the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine for 5 years. Additionally, she continues to teach and mentor physician assistant, nurse practitioner, and medical students in the outpatient setting. She is looking forward to the opportunity to continue caring for children and families in the area as a member of PAK Pediatrics.

Dr Sauter will be joining PAK Pediatrics in April 2022 and working out of the new Scranton area location and is accepting new/existing patients to/from our practice.
