Job Title: Clinical Social Worker / Social Worker
Reports To: Clinical Supervisor / Practice Admin
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Responsible for providing initial evaluations, individual, group, and/or family therapy. In addition, therapists will provide behavioral health consultation services to the Primary Care Teams within Pediatric clinics
Duties and responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1) Provide psychosocial evaluations, functional assessment, behavioral intervention, and parent training for patients with a wide range of behavioral concerns (e.g., disruptive disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, chronic medical issues, and disordered eating).
2) Perform diagnostic evaluation services under the supervision of a licensed psychologist
3) Monitor and track patient health outcomes in a user-friendly electronic health record.
4) Consult with primary care providers to support decision making, build on primary care
interventions and improve primary care-patient relationships.
5) Consult and communicate with educators and allied health providers as needed to facilitate positive health outcomes.
6) Provide community service programming in support of mission and vision of company.
7) Act as a resource to community as well as internal/external partners for company.
8) Collaborate with a supportive team of licensed psychologists and physicians to coordinate comprehensive evidence-based behavioral health services.

Education/Experience:
Master’s degree from accredited university, current PA license, two years of experience providing clinical services in behavioral health field, pediatric experience preferred
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software; internet software and database software.
Certificates and Licenses:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) working towards LCSW certification/licensing.
