You can enjoy quick, easy access to important parts of your children’s medical records. You can see, print, and download this information at your convenience, without having to call or visits the office. You can keep track of important dates, milestones and immunizations from anywhere you have internet access.

You can access information on Allergies, Diagnostic Tests, Growth Charts, Immunizations, and Patient Notes for both well and sick visits. We’ll continue to add more access and interactive features as they become available. If the patient is 18 years or older they must request their own personal Patient Portal access account. Once your child turns 18 years of age you can no longer view their portal information through your Parental Portal.

Patient Portal users can exchange messages with their pediatric practice through secure electronic messaging. Secure Electronic Messaging is the capability for patients to send a non- urgent secure electronic message to our office and receive a response within 3 business days.

Absolutely. We’ve invested in a secure server and a secure web domain (denoted by the s in the https:// portion of our Patient Portal’s URL) to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your children’s medical records. Our two-step registration process, in which every PAK Patient Portal account is individually verified by a PAK staff member before activation, and in which every account receives its own secure password, also ensures that all access to medical records is both accurate and appropriate.

No. Account creation and registration are free. Once you’re fully registered, you can access your children’s medical records as often as you like for free.

Yes. That’s one of the reasons we tie portal access to specific email addresses — so that individual parents or caregivers can each have access to the same children’s records.

Absolutely. You can print the immunization records yourself, any time you want, and submit them directly. We recommend doing a full-screen print, so the people to whom you’re submitting can see that the immunization history comes from our secure patient portal. (For many reasons, this is one of the Patient Portal’s most popular features!) Printing the records for yourself is easy, convenient — and free!

Absolutely, you can request appointments with PAK through your Patient Portal Account

Yes, you can request refills by signing into your patient portal account and choose prescription refill.

Yes, you can request referrals through your Patient Portal Account as well as our Patient Toolkit on pakped.com

Once you’ve signed in to The Portal, click on the Settings tab (upper right hand corner). Click on box for New Password. Type the password you want in both boxes, then click the Submit button at the bottom, and your password will be changed.

Just give us a call in the office, and we can take care of that in a minute or two. That’s all!

Not at all. This is just another means of communication between you and our office. Although it will save you a trip to the office if you need is a copy of your child’s immunization records for school, daycare or sports.
