And becuase these visits are scheduled and  we can get you in, evaluated, and out more quickly than waiting in busy urgent care.

Peak times of the year, such as cold and flu season, can cause an influx of children coming in for sick visits. During cold and flu season, you may experience a longer wait to speak to our nurse triage team members, but you dont need to wait on the phone, we can call you back without losing your place in the call que.
